To advocate and protect youths and women of their rights through SRHR, gender-based, domestic violence and climate change in the society
To increase demand for and access to quality sexual and reproductive health(SRH)

Our Vision

To live in a peaceful, healthier environment for the youths and women to enjoy social, political, cultural, economic, reproductive health  rights and their personal values in the society

AFRICAN PHILANTHROPISTS ORGANIZATION (APO) is a registered Non-Governmental and Non-profitable organization in Nigeria. The concept emerged in 2013 when we joined GIWYN as a member of National Coalition for Reproductive justice(NCRJ),through Abiodun Adebayo Welfare Foundation an affiliate of united nations Economic and social council(ECOSOC) (Special Consultative Status)2012

Since our inception, we have sponsored several programs and initiatives across our core issue areas to help us fulfill our mission.

EDUCATION

AFRICAN PHILANTHROPISTS ORGANIZATION (APO) works to fill systemic education gaps for girls and young women of AKS. Enrich Girl Child Of Their Right Initiative has accomplished the following and much more: built an elementary school in Ikot Akama making it possible for 8,000+ students to go to school until sixth grade; provided scholarships for 20+ girls to complete secondary school; provided computer literacy training for 50+ students.
